I’ve tried and tried and stretched the limits of human manipulation of the google but I have not been able to find out what it is that I am holding in this picture. What I can tell you about it is that it is some sort of fried flat bread. It’s crunchy, it’s salty and tastes a lot like a pretzel. At the time, it was also nice and hot and kept my hands warm on a very cold morning.
